TRIP OR PLEASURE?

recently it was announced all over the face of newspapers that the anambra house of representative are on their way abroad in a trip that will cost the state government 200 million naira. the purpose of this trip is to perhap as they acclaimed for some courses abroad pertaining to the house management and senatorial governancy.

the point is this, are they really on a trip to learn some lesson to improve the management of the house of representative in order to aid perfect governancy or are they using this as a means of personal pleasure trip?

this trip was said to have cost them two weeks to accomplish. ohhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
what an enjoyment in deed. i could imagine the number of mad people roaming the streets of anambra states, also there were a lot of students who need financial back up. there were diseases here and there to combat and cure, but their concern is 'trip to abroad'.

let's say one thousand mad people were captured and taking to psychiatrist for treatment, may be all those one thousand would have been healed and made whole as a result of that 200 million naira which perishes in the belly of some selfish people who are only claiming to do all in the interest of the people but only were doing it to satisfy their own belly.

recently, during the accountability of each sectors of the ogun state government, one of the ministers while giving his own accountability and presenting a new plan said, 'Your excellency, the governor of ogun state, for all those raw materials ordered from germany, we have raised some pannels to travel to germany to inspect those equipments'. the governor was surprised and he quickly said in yoruba language 'a tun ti bere oh, eh, a tun ti gbe tiwan tiwa de o'. meaning: 'we have started selfishness again'.

i don't know why some people will be using the benefits of their people for their own selfish pleasure.

the richer are getting richer, while the poor people were getting poorer. Daddy Showky don say am, 'somebody tun le se, somebody da le ru'. as some people were planning to redeem the image of this nation, some people are planning to rubbish so that they can eat their live away.

As God had said in his word, surely his hands are against those destroying my nation, the israel of Africa, i mean NIGERIA.

THE NIGERIAN STYLE!!!

what a nation indeed! i could remember the election held on the process of selecting the chairman of the NFF, then, NFA. everybody knew that the most qualified candidates happened to be Segun Odegbami. people were denied their loyalty as none was allowed to select their own candidates based on the self expression and opinions.

also, the case of Yaradua is not left out. he wasn't the best and the most qualified candidates for the 2007 presidential election but was chosing.

the question is, are the best candidates ever allowed to showcase what they have in this nation?

recently, the chairman of the Economic Financial Crime Commission demoted from the position of the deputy inspector General of Police of the federation to a commissioner and further the demotion from the post of commissioner to a remote post in the force governance. they sent him to nkru where he underwent a course to bag the MNI course 30, he finished all these successfully, he was on his way to graduate from the institution, only for him to be prevented by the men of the state security services of the federation. what an insult to the nation that was planning to move to the top in the year 2020 and be ranked among the world's top.

what do these men want to achieve by tampering with mallam Nuhu Ribadu?
he was terrorising them while in position. he never allowed them to loot the nation's money abroad. Yahoo guys too don't have space to operate. even those big men in government were not save, the past corrupt governors were also not save as their dark works were brought unto light.

so they too thought in their mind that the only way to combat this type of man is to denied him of his power, they succeded indeed as they were able to demote him. but am sure they cannot hide from the sword of that man that sees both in light and darkness, i mean the almighty God.

i could also remember the case of people like Babalola Borishade; he knew nothing about aviation, yet he was able to work in their, thanks to that God that reveal his weakness to the whole nation. however, on the other side, Okonjo Iweala was also demoted after she got the debt relief for this nation in her time to the ministry of foreign affairs of which she knew nothing about. thanks to that same God that Promote her to the world bank level.

the best don't get their rightful place. our educational system now is not all about what you get up there in the encephalon, it is all about who do you know in this institution.

ahahaha!!! what a pity!

well, i still have the faith that God rules and reign in the affair of men, if not i would have say that the only solution to all these problems is but REVOLUTION.

WHAT NIGERIA SHOULD LEARN FROM THE UNITED STATES ELECTION!!

As i was pondering over Obama's Victory, i came to realise that Nigeria Political System is far far lagging behind. Imagine a victory of 381 to 142 in favour of the Democratic candidate.
Can we come to look at this vividly. During the campaigns, we discovered that only two parties were known to running the affairs of political society in the US of A.
we have Democratic and Republican. but how many do we have in Nigeria?
we have up to 52 Parties contesting for just a single race.

We have PDP, ANPP, DPA, APGA, AD APP etc. all running for just a single post. since i was born in my life, i have never seen such a political affairs in which the two candidates involved were acting like brothers, debating and tackling each other of various alegations On TV. Obama never Abuse Mccain and Vice versa, although they both Acused each other, but none put it in form of both slander and libel. they acuse each other to their own very face, and they both defended it likewise.
we never read in the history of that election that Mccain Plan a coupe or plot to kill Obama neither such was recorded of Obama himself.
what an election indeed.
however, Looking at our own Gubernatiorial elections, more than five candidates were assassined talkless of the race for the presidential election where the shortlisted candidates was elected based on their connections and not on their appearance to the people's expression.

i know of Ayo Daramola in Ekiti state. he was killed while running a race for gubernatiorial election. also Funso wiliams was not left out and all the hosts of others.

what are we turning politics into in this nation. it is 'BO BA O PA, BO BA O BU LE SE', meaning, 'if you meet it kill it, and if you don't trap him'. what a pity.

well, all i just know is that the heaven rules and reign in the affairs of men.

then what shall we do to improve our politics to a fair type?
it is highly possible. what we need to do is to first reduce the number of political parties in this nation. we need not more than at most 5. this will minimise the pressure as a result of much competitor.
we also need to allow the people to express their mind.
i could remember what Mccain said in the morning the result was declared. he said 'the people has spoken'. such a word really impressed me a lot. he does not say 'because i lose, i should crucify obama or look for his past mistakes to nail him or look for any fault in him to derail him'. this is indeed the spirit of brothership.

Nigeria need to rise up and rule his own word. i know if people were allow to determine the nations' past election, the winner would have been either Pat Utomi, Marwa, Bhuari or Atiku. but as the matter could be, it was Yar'adua that won it.
well, let's just believe that if God doesn't want him there, he would not be there.

i hope one day we shall come to realise our mistakes and come to learn from other people's success for us to move forward.

THE MYSTERIES BEHIND PEOPLE'S DECLARATION ABOUT NIGERIA!

dear great Nigerian, haven't you ever wondered why there is increase in unemployment in almost all branches of Nigerian economy systems? i mean, quite a number of time have we seen a graduate riding okada and if such is asked why? would say that there is no Job. what do you think is absolutely responsible for all of these?
also, what do you think is the driving force behind all the pandemonium and ups and downs in the national development? a lot of accidents were recorded in an unexpected way. what do you think leads to this? Nigeria had recorded about 8 major plane crashes in the last 9 years, but Nigeria flown its first flight between kano and cairo in 1925, yet, south africa who flew theirs in 1952 enroute johannesbourg london had never recorded any fatal accidents in their aircraft operation.
what do you think could lead to all these?
also look at our political systems and infastructure, poor management had persisted for a long time. also, our industries were not left out in all these ups and downs.
inflations everyday in virtually all branches of Nigerian economy. what do you think were the major factor responsible for all these?

the Bible answered:"Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! And the atongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. For every kind of beasts, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind:But the atongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. Therewith bless we God, even the Father; and therewith curse we men, which are made after the similitude of God.Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not so to be"(james 3: 5-10).

this is a very strange answer indeed. although you may ask, how does this relates to the problems of Nigeria? well, it is the most mysterious aspect of our livings here in this nation.

God said in his word that we should prophesy the goodness of zion. he then stated a condition when he said that, everyone who blessed zion shall be blessed. he repeated the same thing in the time of israel when he said that everyone who blessed israel shall be blessed and everyone who curse israel shall be cursed. do you think God is playing games?

here lies the simple answer. check those graduate who could not find Jobs today and ask them whether they have one time said it with their own mouth that 'there is no Job in Nigeria' or 'which kind bad country be this' and you will see that mostly almost 95% would be guilty of this crime. what does this have to do with this? well, it is simple, if you said that there is no Job in Nigeria or Nigeria is bad, definitely, you are saying that there is no Job for you and that Nigeria will be bad for you. here is the simple logic. who constitute Nigeria? YOU of course. and so if there is no Job in Nigeria, then, for you to say it with your own mouth, it means there is no Job for you. what do i mean? the Bible unveiled:" For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto csalvation"(Rom.10: 10).

here is the punishment for all those who cannot prophesy the development of our Great Nation since all they knew is to be saying bad thing about it. Nigeria is bad today, tomorrow they will repeat the same thing, and that's the general mentality.

but if you are asked that who are the enemies of Nigeria? you will say the government. the government can't be the enemy of its own people. you are the problems of yourself. if you cannot prophesy the goods of Nigeria, definitely, Nigeria will be bad to you.

i don't know the reason why we can't prophesy the good of this nation. those who wish Nigeria well shall surely prosper. but listen attentively, it is not a curse, if you don't wish Nigeria well, definitely, NIGERIA WILL NOT BE WELL FOR YOU. have you forgotten, God saw America there, He saw Great Britain there, but chosed to made you a Nigerian. This is your nation, and if you don't wish it well, it won't be well with you. it is well with AMERICA TODAY BECAUSE THEY ALWAYS WISH AMERICA WELL WITH THE WORD OF THEIR MOUTH. THEIR SLOGAN REMAINS GOD BLESS AMERICA. what is our own slogan here? Bad Nation, Bad government, Bad economy. definitely, you are prophesying all these for yourself because you are the thing inside Nigeria. you constitute Nigeria and so you yourself is NIGERIA.

wish Nigeria well today, prophesy good things with your mouth and it shall be well with you and OUR NATION.

join me to say "GOD BLESS NIGERIA"

WHO ARE THE PROBLEMS OF NIGERIA?

This is a very simple question which many will like to answer as it is. but we need to look into this issue with more prudence. who are the problems of Nigeria? is it the government? or the people of Nigeria?
Whenever any small thing happens, the song of the people is always 'government cause am'. but indeed, do the government caused our problems as Nigerian? then who is the government? you or me? spirit or human? God or the devil?
this is a very simple question with simple answer: the people which comprises me and you constituted the government.
so if you say that the government are the problems of Nigeria, then you are saying that you and i are the problems of Nigeria which is the real answer; although many of us do not see it this way.

LET'S analysed it together. when a road within our vicinity got roughened or bad, everyone keeps shouting government. tell me, who are those living near that road, the government or you? that is the number one illustration. WHEN the government constructed a road and all you knew how to do is to keep on pouring dirty water on it, dirtying it and boring in it, you, thereby creating holes that could be expanded by rain water. this in the presence of flood could expand to a great potholes which could lead to gully erosion.
Now when such began to happen, it is a thing that everybody in such street could contribute some money or the other to repair every damage, but you see, they are all waiting on the government to come and do it for them. as times goes by such if neglected could endager the whole of that area, as we all knew, a sticth in time saves nine.
you don't need to wait on any government on what you knew you could do. LEAVE the hard part for the government to tackle.

also look at our rich men today, they don't want the money to leave their domain and they are not ready to use it to help someone. i would suggest that the government set up a law for all the industries and investors in the country. IF YOU WANT TO INVEST IN MY COUNTRY, PER MONTH YOU WILL EITHER BE PAYING SOME CERTAIN AMOUNT TO CERTAIN BODY OR YOU MUST SPONSOR A SECTOR IN THE COUNTRIES DEVELOPMENTAL PROGRAM.
this will give rooms for foreign investors to invest in NIGERIAN AND NOT ONLY IN NIGERIA. and this will also lessoned the burden on the government.

i must confess, we are the problems of Nigeria and we are also the solution to the problems of Nigeria.

government cannot do everything, so we need investors to help them out.

MIND YOU, THE GOVERNMENT ALSO IS NOT ALSO LEFT OUT IN THIS BLAME, FOR IT TAKES TWO TO TANGO. why should our government be selling all those goods that could have generate a lot of employment opportunity for our youth to the foreigners. i heard sometime that some gold were discovered in the north, but my greatest surprise was that the government of then decided to export that gold to Europe, i now thought it within me that if instead of taking it abroad we bring down investors to come and build industries here, may be some of our youth could have been employed.
also why should a reasonable government be looting the people's money abroad? NOT LESS THAN 4 GOVERNORS WERE CONVICTED OF THIS SAME CRIME BETWEEN YEAR 2005-2007 STARTING FROM ALAMIESIEGHA OF BAYELSA STATE, TO AYO FAYOSE OF EKITI STATE. our presidents are not also left out.
IN preparation for the 2007 election, in 2003, it was reported that BABANGIDA BUDGETTED $6BILLION. for what? for the 2007 poll. IF Such money is used on the educational sector of the country, may be our universities could have gained respect, may be we could have more than enough universities instead of this insufficient 89 universities.
if such money is used on our sport sector, may be Nigeria could have win the world cup, or may be we could have been the best sporting Nation in the previous olympics in beijing. what a government indeed.
BABANGIDA ISN'T THE ONLY ONE ON THIS, IT IS LIKE A CULTURE TO ALL OUR PAST AND PRESENT PRESIDENTS IN NIGERIA.
ALSO, WHY SOULD WE HAVE TO BE ABANDONING MOST OF THOSE THINGS WE COULD HAVE MODIFIED JUST BECAUSE WE WANT NEW THINGS TO TAKE THEIR PLACE?
this reminds me of those time when we were still using those record plates or cd and catridge, at the emergence of VHS those two go to an extinct in Nigeria. at the emergence of VCD, VHS was becoming obsolete again, and at the emanation of DVD, VHS become extinct while VCD is becoming obsolete again. why do all these have to be so?
we have capable engineers in this nation who could turn all those thing into something more modern to the extent that even the white will admire it. but we are wasting too much resources.
our VANDALIZERS are also not left out, as the government is building something, so also our youth are VITUATING it. a lot of pipelines have been vandalised, our power stations is not also left out in this attack.
you see, everybody is a mess, both the government and its citizens are the problems of their own Nation.
as one tries to build it as a nation, so the other are saying NO WAY!!!

WHAT A NATION!!!

PROBLEMS OF NIGERIAN POLITICAL SYSTEM

LOOKING at the Number of Parties Nigeria alone has, one may conclude that everybody want to rule. this create room for disunity among us.
looking at the 2007 polls, close to about three politicians were reported killed. this was as a result of the fact that everyone wants to rule.

one of the deceased of whose name we all knew to be Funsho Williams was stabbed straight in the heart even in his own home.
the police play their fake role by anouncing a huge amount of money for anybody who could help trace anything to convict the killer. they too knew that nobody would come out to declare such or acclaim himself as the doer of the phenomenon.

the same thing happens in Ekiti state where Ayo Daramola, a Gubernatorial aspirant of PDP was also killed like an ordinary goat.
this thing keeps on occuring in Nigeria and seeing this, one may conclude that there is in fact No security in the Nation.

it has been happening since, even from the days of General Murtala Mohammed, enroute the days of Chief Justice Bola Ige. Nobody do anythiing.

Godfatherism is not also left out. 'i will help you to attain the position, but once you got there, any allocation by the government, i shall take at least 40%'. When you alone took 40% out of the money that belongs to the whole state, How can the people enjoy the dividends of the government. An example was the case of Governor Rasheed Ladoja and his Godfather, Lamidi Adedibu.
the governor when he could no longer bear the burden decided to stop the mentality which leads to his impeachment as the governor of Oyo state for his deputy to take his place.

this was a clear evidence that if the Nation had been practising Let's say two party system, maybe, Elections could have been fairer than those of the advanced Nations of the world Like USA, Great Britain etc.

Imagine a nation having close to about 52 political parties? how can such unite?
i am sure everybody would be looking for how he could rule rather than supporting others.

if Nigeria could change to at least 5 parties system, i know that this nation will experience political stability.

IS YARADUA EFFECTIVE?

looking at the shame bewailing the nation presently one may asked whether the president is the right messiah of our time.

the regime of the previous administration were lambasted as a result of what the pessimist called failure of the government.

when Yaradua mounted the throne the first gold came to Nigeria through our under 17 soccer team when they defeated Spain 3-0 to rule the world.
every body begin to say: 'the combination of Yaradua which they term yara adua; meaning: the house of prayer; and goodluck' will wrought wonders and surpassed the records of the previous administration.

but as time goes by one discovers that the president is like a productive but uneffective leader.

looking at our power sector, everything was like going from better(as in the previous administration) to worst. previously, i do not lay the blame on the president because of our youths which are vandalisig the government properties.
but the true picture of Yaradua was made know when the teachers embark on strikes.
as if there is no government, i was surprised to see that Mr. president do not even act as if he knows something about it.

He did not give an order for the teacher to go back to school, neither did he respond to their needs.

this was unlike the previous administration, where the government keeps on increasing the fuel price. as the government increases it then, so the workers embark on strike, the president knowing fully well that the education of its children is at stake would reduce it a little bit at least for them to go back to school. he(the previous president) could go to any lenght to call off any strike and we all know it, the salary of the teacher were eventually increased.
this was an active government who cares about the well being of his people. although was imposing on them to make sacrifices with the hope that every resources generated would be use effectively. power was not as bad neither the water section of the economy. the education sector was not left out.

unlike the present administration.

this could make one to ask whether YARADUA IS EFFECTIVE OR NOT.

WILL NAIRA EVER SUBDUE DOLLAR?

this is a very great question with complex answer as well.
previously from the outset of Nigeria development, it was know that the highest denomination happened to be one Naira of which the picture is displayed here:

this money today seems to be of no value, yet while it was reigning, it could buy what today's one thousand Naira cannot buy.
the next to it being the fifty kobo of which picture i displayed here:

these money were later abandoned and cancel in the public although not in banks.
since then, the one Naira which was equivalence to one dollar and 0.5 pounds became so down that presently about 380 Naira makes a dollar. what a shame!

as a result of these the CBN governor decided to effect changes by bringing in the issue of Naira denomination, but was later antagonised and the processed abandoned.

the report was made public in this report:The quantity of Naira notes that Nigerians must carry in their pockets to pay for simple transactions is set to crash next year when a 100 naira note is redenominated to one naira under a plan unveiled by the Central Bank of Nigeria [CBN] yesterday.

The apex bank said two zeros will be removed from the value of each existing currency denomination, so that N1000 becomes N10 while the value of the current N500 note will plummet to N5.

Speaking at a ceremony in Abuja to unveil what CBN called "The new strategic focus on the Naira", its Governor Prof Charles Chukwuma Soludo said this act would restore the value of the naira close to what it was in the early 1980's.

He said with the new policy, which takes effect from August 1, next year, the naira's value to a dollar would change to N1.25k, as against the current exchange rate of N125 to the dollar.

Soludo said, "We intend to restructure the entire currency by dropping two zeroes or moving two decimal points to the left from the currency, and issuing more coin denominations. This would entail a total currency exchange and phasing-out of all the existing denominations from August 1, 2008. Effectively, at the current exchange rate, this policy would mean that the Naira to US dollar exchange rate would be around Nl.25 to US$1 then. All Naira assets, prices and contracts will be re-denominated by dropping two zeroes or two decimal points to the left with effect from this date."

He said with the currency reform, the N1000, N500, N200, N100, and N50 notes would all be phased out and the N20 would be the highest paper denomination. "Effectively, our plan will restore the value of the Naira (in the short-term) close to what it was in 1985, before the commencement of the Structural Adjustment Programme (SAP) in 1986," he said. "Re-denomination and re-introduction of totally new currency structure (notes and coins) following the progress so far with other reforms and the enabling conditions in the economy today are designed to better anchor inflationary expectations, strengthen public confidence in the Naira, make for easier conversion to other currencies, reverse tendency for currency substitution, eliminate higher denomination notes with lower value, reduce the cost of production, distribution and processing of currency, promote the usage of coins and thus a more efficient pricing and payments system, and lay the foundation for the convertibility of the Naira as well as make it the 'Reference currency' in Africa," Soludo also said.

Under the new currency structure, naira notes will only come in 50 kobo, 1 Naira, 5 Naira, 10 Naira and 20 Naira denominations, while the coins would come in 1 kobo, 2 kobo, 5 kobo, 10 kobo and 20 kobo denominations.

The CBN chief said the new policy, which is also part of the financial sector reforms, will make the naira the currency of choice in Africa, and that great efforts would be made at ensuring the stability of the naira and making sure that it integrates globally with other major currencies of the world. He said three measures would be taken to ensure that the currency redenomination is effective. They are, adoption of a policy to focus greatly on minimising inflation in the country, sharing of part of the country's Federation Account Allocation to the federal and state governments in dollars; as well as "Current Account Liberalization/Convertibility and Accession to Article VIII of the IMP."
Under the first measure, the bank would ensure as a matter of priority that inflation was minimised so that the value of the naira remains stable. "The CBN will adopt inflation target as the nominal anchor for monetary policy with effect from January 1, 2009. Low and stable inflation will be our monetary policy's primary long term goal." The second measure, he said, entails distributing part of the country's federation account allocation to the federal government and the states in dollars as a way of controlling excess liquidity which can often cause inflation. The third measure, on the other hand, will be liberalisation of current accounts: "This would entail that Nigeria eliminates all restrictions on current account transactions, and accession to Article VIII of the IMP means that the policy is not easily reversible," he said.
According to Soludo, the currency reform is not a strange occurrence in the world as many countries have done it in the past while others are currently doing it. "Several countries in the world have undertaken currency re-denomination at various times and for different reasons, including: Afghanistan (2002); Germany (1923, 1948); Argentina (1970; 1983; 1985; 1992); Bolivia (1963, 1987); Brazil (1967, 1970, 1986, 1989, 1990, 1993, 1994); China (1955); South Korea (1962); Mexico (1993, 1996); Ghana (2007); Israel (1948, 1960, 1980, 1985); Turkey (2005); Angola (1995, 1999); and others," he said.
"Evidently, many countries have had to undertake the re-denomination more than once. In the case of Brazil, it had to do it many times before it got it right. The major challenge is to undertake other complementary reforms, particularly macroeconomic reforms that will underpin price stability and continuing confidence in the economy," he added.
Soludo said the move has become necessary because "The African Union has granted Nigeria the right to host the Headquarters of the African Central Bank when the common currency in Africa materialises. We must therefore lead the way in terms of properly aligned currency structure and sound monetary policy framework."
this is a very good issue but when those in power saw that their affluence would be affected they decided to make the plan fell through, since they knew that their million dollars would be million Naira instead of the present billion Naira equivalence of million dollars.

they don't want to go down and they don't want other people to enjoy the dividends of their father land Nigeria.

this is very shameful indeed and in fact it makes someone to doubt it whether NAIRA COULD EVER MEET DOLLAR talkless of subdueing it.

WHICH IS THE BEST TRIBE IN NIGERIA?

LOOKING at all the tribes in Nigeria, one may want to know which one is the most friendly and hospitable people.
here are the analysis to arrive at the desired answer:
NOTE THAT IN THIS ANALYSIS; HAUSAS AS USED REPRESENT THE NORTHERNERS WHILE THE YORUBAS, THE SOUTH-WESTERNERS AND THE IGBOS THE SOUTHERNERS/SOUTH EASTERNERS.

THE HAUSAS:
Normally looking at this tribe one may say that due to their iliteracy, were supposed to be the least of all the Nigerian tribes. however, one needs to examine this people very well before reaching unarguable conclusion.

the hausas are a group of people that are very good at diverse things. one of which lies in their ability to guide and guard their animals; this is the spirit of David. David was the most outcast among the children of his father. But he was never neglected by the most high God.

Normally if we are to judge them by civilization, we would conclude that they don't worth ruling, but, they were assigned the tasks of ruling. although such is not their birthright, they could lead properly just as they always succeded in leading their cows via a green pastures. this was the same characters that God saw in Moses before he appointed him the leader and the deliverer of israelits. he did it perfectly of course.

coming to the natural realm, the hausas are the most loving tribes in the sense that, they never complained no matter what you give them, they are always satisfied and they always have free minds.

the hausas can put their money on the table even with a stranger and go elsewhere with the view to meeting it on their arrival.

if you ask hausas to help you break down hard notes like #500 into smaller units, if they have, they will never say i don't. if they do not have, they'll rather show you their pocket for you to know of a surety that they didn't have. unlike other tribes who always prefer to say 'i don't have' even when they have.

however, they have a very brutal culture which makes all their honey spoiled by bile. what could that be you may ask? they always love shedding of blood with a view to defending their religion. a lot of religious crises has made many people run away from the hausas tribes.

this indeed is a blow to their morality and modesty.

THE YORUBAS
THIS wonderful tribe is known for their perseverance, intelligence, innovations, endurance and hardworking. Yorubas have one of the best cultures on the earth, it's only in Yoruba Land i've seen younger ones prostrating to greet their elders. Yoruba Proverbs remains one of those that stood the test of time, No other Tribes Adulates their kings like yoruba does. A kind is always pacified by the 'EWIs' of the 'AKEWIs'. Name any traditional culture and display, festival, Yoruba remain the only tribe in Nigeria many ascribed 'PARTYING' to for Yoruba Loves to party a lot. Yoruba as well remain the only tribe that can finish you with greetings: there is greeting for virtually everything in Yoruba, Eku- Ewu Omo is a greeting that congratulates the Develiverying mothers for scaling through child births. Eku Aaro means: Good morning; Eku- Osan means: Good afternoon; Eku- Ale means: good evening; Eku Ounje congratulates you for pouncing on a freshly prepared sweet delicacy. These Among others describes the unique and Rich Culture of the Yorubas. in terms of civilization, they are the best and the most literate.

indeed, the best academics always emanate from them.

however, the great exploits that would have been achieved by their great wisdom and knowledge has been slowed down by their disunity, stinginess and spiritual adept.

in yoruba land, at least we see daily nothing less than hundreds of mad people on the street virtually everyday and this often a times is ascribed to spiritual attacks.

yoruba don't love each other deeply, neither did they want upliftment for each other, it's as if everyone is in a competition of: 'i don't want you to get to the level where i am'.
as one rises up, so the other looks for a way of drawing him/her down.

there is no unity and Trust like it should be.

THE IGBOS
THIS is a great tribe as well.
in terms of education and civilization, they are alright.

they love each other, although they do not in most cases extend the love to other tribes.
they are not so stingy.

however, they are a tribe every other tribes finds it difficult to trust. the Igbos are very creative people and they seems to have the ability to be able to photocopy and pirate anything made by the whites. I'm sure if they have the proper financial support would have been the industrial power arm of the nation, despite the fact that the assistance is not forth coming, you can't neglect their great ability to pirates any kind of movies, songs and books. as far as Igbos are concerned, Business or anything that rakes in money is of utmost importance.

However, they have this in common with the Yorubas: spiritual adept, hundreds of Mad people on their streets. Premature Death many also ascribed to spiritual attacks.

so it is now left for you all to judge!
which is the best tribe in Nigeria?

SHOULD NIGERIA DIVIDE?

this is a question many people have raised and let go. it is not just a simple matter to treat with such a negligence.

should Nigeria divide? if the answer is yes, then why?
if the answer is NO, then who does it favour?
in my own opinion, Nigeria is a country whose mysteries is beyond our own imagination. that Name NIGERIA is not just a name, it is something so spiritual with its meaning not yet clear to us. i have ever wondered in my life why with so much pains and servile and servitudes in this nation, anywhere Nigerian goes, they always performs to the optimum either for good or for evil. definitely, nigeria is not just a nation, and from what i have noticed in our spiritual and psychological attitudes could define Nigeria as 'always excellent, no matter the state of conduct'.

Nigeria is not the problem my people, Nigeria is like an angeloid and the most functional among the so many wives that Africa has. so what and who is the problem of God's chosing nation for Africa? Nigerian are the problems of Nigeria.
the muslims defined the term as "ALUBARIKA" but not "ETO". in other words 'blessing' and not 'builder'. that is the spirit of Nigeria. it is the spirit of always excelling.
so why trying to divide?
well if our unison is not in concord again, then we should try to retain the name NIGERIA. what do i mean? Nigeria is a divine nation and no men's wisdom can dictate how nigeria should be. so the only thing we can do is to learn from nations like GERMANY, VIETNAM, and KOREA. these nation today were or was (in the case of germany) divided when they could no longer hold themselves together as a nation. yet they retain their mother name. and that was why we have a nation like north and south vietnam, north and south korea. what the nations have done lies in the fact that they are one and that in the nearest future their children could reunited to become a nation again. that was the case of germany. previously we have west and east germany but today we have only one germany.

so if Nigeria must divide, which i don't really support, yet if we must do, we must note the fact that God has joined us together as one and so we should not have a new nation among us, rather, we should retain our mother name so that in the nearest our chidren or brothers could reunited to become a well organised indivisible nation like germany.

here is my suggestion: we don't want any BIAFRA, but we may still tolerate SOUTH NIGERIA and NORTH NIGERIA. with this we are rest assured that when matters come to unison in the future, our children or brothers could come again, even together as one.

THE PROBLEMS OF NIGER DELTA

owning to all the pandemonium in the Niger delta, i have decided to reach out to the world through my blogs.

about 2 weeks ago, i read a particular News on the yahoo homepage describing Nigeria as the main reason for the fast inflation of the fuels to about $200.

I decided to go to the home scene, to view the complaints of the people, and what i got was fantastic.

all the answers points to the fact that Nigeria have a bad government. but why? if Nigeria government are functioning as they were described, then they would have payed the Niger delta people some compensation as a result of the damages that oil driling had caused.

however i have a different opinion on this issue.

i want to appeal to the Niger delta people that they should ask God for forgiveness. why?

today they were all blaming the government that the government do not help them; yes, the government were to be blame for this indeed, but what of the problems that the Niger delta people created for themselves which is now the Major factor destroying their lands?

what is this one saying? you may ask? yes, i am very sure that our governments have brain, and so they would not execute a project which will at last hurt his own people. so, who are the people vandalising the pipelines without repairing them? the governments or the youths?

that's the first question.

the second lies in the fact that, on sept. 23, 2005, it was reported that 4 pipelines were vandalised in warri alone, and a few days latter, 2 national power grids were vandalised. who did all those? the government or the youths? i am sure that we all knew the implication of an exposed pipelines and what it may cause. i mean such could cost the nearby villages to lost their farms, waters adultrated and oil spillage. now when such began to happen, we are all shouting government, meanwhie we are mostly in many times the problems of ourselves. also you know what a vandalised grid could cause? it is automatic power failure. and when such begins to happen, we start shouting government all the time but neglecting the fact that we are the real brain behind most of our problems.

yes government have their own blame to bear. i mean they should value the people whose resources are the major wealth income of the nation, nevertheless, the government alone cannot be blame for this. why? it takes two to tango.

the Niger delta should try to help protect the government investment no matter how, they should realise that the government is really trying their best and so we too should help them till their dream for us become a reality.

NEVERTHELESS, i am using this opportunity to challenge our government that they should arise to the needs of this people. Nigeria is one and should never be divided. the word of God said: "oh how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity" (ps.133:1).

an addage epitomised it in this form: 'bi ara ko ba ro okun, ara ko ni ro adiye' and ' irorun igi, ohun ni irorun eye' meaning 'the peace of the birdis an indication that their is peace with the tree'.

THE NIGERIAN SPIRIT

Nigeria is a country known for a lot of things. It is known for good, bad, excellence, knowledge, and so on.How can you know a great nation? from the world of the most high, any prophet that want to become great would be know for the above characters. USA have once be like Nigeria. But it was latter reshaped. So can we say that Nigeria is bad? let's do some analysis: It was in Nigeria that using human being to make money through rituals become somewhat a culture. Doucer (Bribe) is not left out, examination malpractises becomes normal, and a series of others. this is a perfect illustration to judge the beauty of a nation. However, the case of nigeria is different.
I had once took an atlas to illustrate Nigeria in the global ranks and i found out something. the spirit of God open my eyes to comparing the world as a body. as a body we have the head, in which the brain is contained. the brain is further sub-divided into the cerebrum, cerebellum, medulla oblongata, pons varolli, optic and olfactory lobes, and we also know that the brain extended itself via the spinal cord.
Also in the body we have the chest, in which is contained the heart, lungs, and the ribs.
Also in the body we see the abdomen, the forearms and the hind limbs were not left out.
What am i trying to coined out?
Comparing the world with this, we discover that, the USAs, CANADAs, UKs, FRANCEs, GERMANYs are cerebrum part of the brain of the world. Italy were like the corpus granulosum of the Brain, The RUSSIAs , JAPANs, CHINAs were the cerebellum part of the brain.
The legs of the world are the Indias, south africa and the australians. But we don't know the heart.
i then sat down to exermine the heart of the world very well. who could this be? first let's look at the function of the heart!
a heart sustain all other part of the bodyit is like the most dirty aspect of the body with the livers; why, because they are red in colour which divers from the white colour of the brain.a heart loses or distributed most of its products to the whole body.
But upon all these, even the brain depends on the heart. although the heart too depends on the brain because it is the brain that manufacture the drugs that keeps the heart pumping. But it is the brain that depend mostly on the heart because before the invention of drugs, the heart is still performing its duty...
Now looking at the position of the heart in the body and comparing it with the world, i discovered that Nigeria is the only country who performs most of all those operations
it is appearing as the most dirty nation just as the heart but it is the only african nation that has ever lost most of her children during the slave trades to the brains of the world.also Nigeria is the country where malaysia in the 1960s came to plunder the palm oil produce which they later became the world's best producer of the product.not only malaysia, i could also remember country like England carrying a lot of our products overs which they later became the world's best producer of the product.
i mean every single product taken here to anywhere always suvived to become the world's best.
also Nigeria when checking through his position in the world's atlas discovers that it occupies the approximate position that the heart occupy. try this by taking the world as a flat sheet and measuring it from left to right and from up to down; you only discover that the midpoint of the world lies approximately on the location of Nigeria in the world.
also looking unto the africa continent, you discovers that there is virtually no inter tribal or independence war fought without the help of Nigeria.
this is indeed Nigeria spirit. Nigeria might be the most dirty, yet the survival of the world today depends on Nigeria.
this is the reason why our representatives always clinches excellence anywhere they are.
the blood of Nigeria is excellence. no matter how bad Nigeria is, he is the TRIGAL OF THE GUN CALLED AFRICA.
and as far as i am concerned, if USA could be reshaped upon all its bad shape in 1877, i believe that a man is enough to move the heavens to building this Great Nation. what we need to do is that we need to keep on prophesying. everytime the USA wakes up they mostly sing one song which is GOD BLESS USA, BUT HERE WHENEVER WE WAKE UP WE ALWAYS CURSE OUR NATION, HOW CAN GOD WALK IN US? LET'S STOP BLAMING ONE GOVERNMENT OR THE OTHER, WE NEED TO RISE UP AS A NATION AND PROPHECY FOR ALL ABANDONED PROJECT AND UNFULFILLED VISIONS AND DREAMS TO RESURRECT.

GOD BLESS MY NATION NIGERIA. YOU ARE THE WORLD'S BEST NATION. I KNOW THAT IT IS THE PEOPLE IN YOU THAT WERE SPOILING YOU. BUT DON'T WORRY. GOD HAD SAID. "MY HANDS ARE AGAINST YOU THOU DESTROYING MOUNTAINS"
